- Tentative Schedule:
- Pre-Conference Workshop Monday, A.M., April 30th.
- Annual Golf Tournament Monday, P.M., April 30th.
- Trade Show Set Monday, P.M., April 30th.
- Welcome Reception/Golf Awards Monday, P.M. April 30th.
- Conference Opens/Trade Show Floor Opens Tuesday, A.M. May 1st.
- Conference Ends/ Trade Show Floor Closes Approximately 5:00 P.M., April 1st
- Annual Officer Installation Banquet w/Guest Speaker: National MBA Chairman Tuesday, P.M., May 1st.
- Sponsorship Opportunities Range from $500 to $2000.00 with several perks for $1500 level an up which would include Full Conference Tickets, Trade Show Booth and Sponsorship Promotions.
- Individual Conference Registrations only $150.00!!! (hotel not included, typically runs around $129). We always have great sponsorship from our Members and Booth Participants. Our goal is not to make money but bring value to our Members.
- Trade Show Booth Only – $500.00
- 2011 Attendance around 250-275 registrants – Trade Show Participants – 13 Booths.
All the above takes place at the Hard Rock – Conference, Golf Tournament, Trade Show and Banquet. They have a wonderful Conference Center with great rooms for all activities. The Banquet hall is on the top floor of the Hotel in what’s called the Sky Room. Glass room overlooking City of Tulsa – beautiful. One day trade show but as you can see from above, not expensive and definitely worth the money.
OMBA operates on volunteer member basis only. We are currently working on our marketing material which will include registration forms etc., We also hope to have our new website up and running by time we start accepting registrations. Our goal is to grow our attendance to around 300 this year and booths to around 20. We had several national vendors attend last year that have already committed to coming back: Kroll, Adfitech, a la mode, Stonehill Group, BB&T Correspondent, Interthinx, MGIC, Suntrust Correspondent just to name a few.

The 20th Annual Joint OKC APMW OMBA Chili Cook Off, and it is open to the Public (what is it about chili that brings out the masses?)
