One of the most anticipated Mortgage Industry events of the year is almost upon us!
The 20th Annual Joint OKC APMW OMBA Chili Cook Off, and it is open to the Public (what is it about chili that brings out the masses?)

The Chili will be hot and the drinks will be cold.
The Booths will be decorated in the theme of Hollywood “20 Years on the Silver Screen”
Plan to Attend and Vote for your Favorite Chili and Booth and to bid at the Blind Bottle Auction to support this important fund raiser.
And if you think your Chili is supreme, its still not too late to get a booth and compete.
Donations for the Blind Bottle Auction are also still being taken.

OMBA APMW Tulsa Joint Meeting Nov 4th

Joint dinner meeting with the Tulsa NAPMW Wednesday, November. 4th, in Tulsa at Meadowbrook Country Club.
Social time starts at 5:30, Dinner is at 6:00
Speaker, Dr. Gary Lacefield, President and Senior Consultant with The Risk Mitigation Group from Arlington, Texas.
National expert and consultant in Lending Regulations speaking on the recent and upcoming regulatory changes.
Specifically addressing the new National Mortgage Lender Registration System and the Safe Act as it applies in Oklahoma, and the new RESPA Reforms effective Jan 1. He will also be available for questions.
NAPMW also has their annual silent auction that night so please bring donated items for it.
Registration deadline is Oct 29th, as we are required to guarantee the headcount.
